§ 32.01 EXECUTIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY.
   The executive and administrative authority of the city shall be vested in the Mayor, in such departments as may be established pursuant to IC 36-4-9-4, and in such other officers as may be appointed pursuant to IC 36-4-5-4.
