(A) Whoever violates any provision of this code for which no penalty is otherwise specifically provided shall be fined:
(1) Not more than $2,500 for the first violation; and
(2) Except for violations of traffic or parking regulations, not more than $7,500 for a second or subsequent violation.
(B) A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
