ORDINANCE NO. 1984-9

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF GREENSBURG, INDIANA

BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Greensburg:

Section 1.

   The general ordinances of the City of Greensburg, Indiana, having been heretofore codified as the Code of Ordinances of Greensburg, Indiana, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1982-5; the Common Council of the City of Greensburg hereby directs that said Code be supplemented with Ordinance No. 1982-6 through and including Ordinance 1984-5.

Section. 2.

   Said supplement of the day of its adoption and approval by the Mayor; and the Clerk-Treasurer of the City of Greensburg is hereby authorized and ordered to file the supplement with the original Code in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer.

Section. 3.

   Said supplement to the existing Code shall be in full force and effect three weeks from the date of its publication and filing hereof in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and said supplement to the existing Code shall be presumptive evidence in all Courts and places of the existing Ordinances as supplemented through Ordinance No. 1984-5, and all provisions, sections, penalties, and regulations therein contained and of the date of passage and also that the same are properly signed, attested, recorded and approved and that any public hearing and notices thereof as required by law is ordered given.
