3-2-18: PENALTY:

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any ordinance in this chapter, and any person convicted of violating any provision of any ordinance contained herein, shall be guilty of a class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code.
