A. Any citizen or person, or any officer of a department of the municipality, may appeal to the board of adjustment by filing a request in writing with the city, and by paying a fee in such an amount as established by resolution of the city council.
B. Such appeal must be made within thirty (30) days from the grant or refusal of a building permit by the planning and zoning administrator or the decision of the planning commission.
C. The request to appear before the board of adjustment shall be made on forms furnished by the city. (Ord. 2010-06, 10-12-2010)
