A. The board of adjustment shall have powers and duties as set forth in this chapter and, within the limitations and intent of the provisions of title 10 of this code, shall perform the duties and shall have the power to perform these acts as herein set forth.
B. The powers and duties of the board of adjustment are limited to judicial and administrative matters as set forth in title 10 of this code. The board of adjustment shall not have the authority to amend any ordinance, nor to correct what it may consider to be an unwise requirement. (Ord. 2010-06, 10-12-2010)
