A. Any citizen or person may apply to the planning commission to be on the agenda of regularly scheduled meetings by filing a request in writing with the city recorder.
B. Such request must be made within five (5) working days from the date of the next regularly scheduled meeting of the commission.
C. The request to appear before the planning commission shall be made on forms furnished by the planning commission and located at the city office. (Ord. 2010-05, 10-12-2010)
