11-2-1: MINIMUM AREA OF SUBDIVISION:
There shall be no minimum area for a subdivision, except as required to meet the minimum lot size and requirements as provided in the zoning ordinance for the area in which the subdivision is located. (Ord. 2014-02, 4-8-2014)
