A. Any person found to be violation any provision of this chapter shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations. Failure to fail to make the necessary actions may be cause for the city to prosecute the violator to the fullest extent of the law. (Ord., 8-15-2000)
B. Violations of this chapter shall be a class C misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (2003 Code)
