6-1-4: DESIGNATION OF OHV ROUTES:
   A.   All streets within the city are designated as permissible routes for the use of OHVs subject to all other rules and regulations outlined in this chapter.
   B.   The use of the above designated routes by OHVs shall be exclusively for the purpose of accessing approved trails or roadways on state and federal lands outside the city limits. (Ord. 04-03, 9-14-2004)
