No person under sixteen (16) may operate and no owner may give permission to person under sixteen (16) to operate an OHV on the designated streets of the city unless such person is under the direct visual supervision of an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older holding a valid driver's license. The violation of this provision shall be punishable as an infraction with a maximum fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) per offense. (Ord. 04-03, 9-14-2004)
