6-1-2: OPERATION OF OHV BY PERSONS SIXTEEN YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER:
No person sixteen (16) years or older shall operate an OHV on the designated streets of the city unless such person has a valid driver's license. The violation of this provision shall be punishable as a class C misdemeanor. (Ord. 04-03, 9-14-2004)
