4-4-3: PROHIBITED ACTS:
   A.   Smoking is hereby prohibited in all city parks, cemeteries and recreational areas at any time as defined above except in the following areas:
      1.   Those areas specifically designated by the city as smoking areas.
   B.   Smoking is prohibited on city owned property at and during city sponsored events except in those areas specifically designated by the city as smoking areas. (Ord. 2009-09, 12-8-2009)
