For the purpose of this chapter and unless defined in other sections, the terms, phrases and words shall have the following meanings:
CITY PARKS, CEMETERIES AND RECREATIONAL AREAS: City owned ball diamonds, parks (including any streets and sidewalks therein), pocket parks, soccer fields, linear parks/trails, bleachers and spectator areas, picnic pavilions and shelters, the city cemetery and playgrounds. (Ord. 2009-09, 12-8-2009)
