The remedies listed in this chapter are not exclusive of any other remedies available under any applicable federal, state or local law and it is within the discretion of the village of Green Oaks to seek cumulative, alternative and additional remedies at law or in equity.
In enforcing the regulations of this chapter or in obtaining the fines and penalties provided for in this chapter, the village of Green Oaks may recover all engineering fees, attorney fees, court costs, and other expenses associated with enforcement of this chapter, including sampling and monitoring expenses.
