No person shall be licensed as an owner, distributor or exhibitor unless he has been a bona fide resident of Hamilton County, Ohio for a period of at least five years. No firm or corporation shall be licensed as an owner, distributor or exhibitor unless all members of such firm or chief business manager of such corporation shall have been residents of Hamilton County, Ohio for the period of at least five years prior to the issuance of a license. All licensees under this section shall file and keep current at all times the mailing address and telephone number of such licensee.
