§ 150.03 APPOINTMENT OF BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   (A)   There is hereby created and established the office of Building Inspector of this city.
   (B)   The Building Inspector shall be appointed by the Mayor. His or her appointment shall continue during good behavior and service, and he or she shall not be removed from office except for cause after full opportunity has been given him or her to be heard on specific charges.
