(A) Compliance of this subchapter shall be implemented by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
(B) Any citizen who desires to register a complaint under this subchapter may file a written complaint with the Mayor’s office.
(C) (1) Upon finding that any provision of this subchapter has been violated, the enforcement designee(s) shall issue a notice of violation to the person(s) responsible for the violation. The notice shall be in writing and shall be served upon the person(s) responsible for the violation by one or more of the following methods: delivery in person or first class mail.
(2) The notice shall state:
(a) The location of the violation;
(b) The nature of the violation;
(c) The fine assessed for the violation;
(d) That the fine shall be paid at the City Clerk-Treasurer’s office; and
(e) That the fine may be contested in Hancock Superior Court #2.
