§ 96.15 SUBSURFACE AQUATIC ACTIVITIES.
   No person shall participate in any subsurface aquatic activity requiring the use of masks or artificial breathing apparatus, such as used in skin diving and scuba diving, in any water under the jurisdiction, control, operation, or supervision of the Board, except with prior written approval of the Board or its duly authorized agent.
