§ 94.03 SLAUGHTERING, OFFENSIVE CONDITIONS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, lessee, or occupant of any ground or premises within the city, or for any corporate officer of or director in a corporation owning or controlling the use of any ground or premises in the city, to conduct or to cause or permit to be conducted thereon the business of slaughtering cattle, hogs, sheep, turkeys, geese, ducks, chickens, or any animals or fowl of any description; or to cause and maintain or permit to be caused and maintained thereon anything whatsoever that is injurious to the health, indecent or offensive to the senses of any of the inhabitants of the city, or an obstruction to the free use of property by any such inhabitants.
