In addition to the bond required in § 92.18, the permittee shall carry a policy or policies of standard comprehensive public liability insurance covering bodily injury in an amount of at least $100,000 per person and $1,000,000 per occurrence, and property damage in an amount of $100,000,000. The permittee shall file with the Clerk-Treasurer a certificate of insurance prior to the issuance of the permit.
