§ 92.01 PLANTING TREES NEAR SIDEWALKS PROHIBITED.
   No person shall plant a tree within ten feet of a sidewalk or within ten feet or an easement for a sidewalk except as follows:
   (A)   Where overhead power lines do not exist, the following trees may be planted:
      (1)   Thornless Honeylocust - Gleditsia triacanthos inermis “Morraine”;
      (2)   Little Leaf Linden - Tilia cordata “Greenspire”;
      (3)   London Plane Tree - Platanus acerfolia;
      (4)   Norway Maple - Acer platanoides;
      (5)   Red Maple - Acer rubrum;
      (6)   Ginko or Maidenhair Tree - Ginkgo biloba (male tree only); and
      (7)   Red Oak - Quercus borealis (rubra).
   (B)   Where overhead power lines exist, the following trees may be planted:
         (1)   Crabapple tree - Malus species; and
         (2)   Flowering Dogwood - Cornus florida.
