§ 91.213 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS.
   Any person who supervises, manages, or directs the installation, retrofitting, removal, or closure of underground storage tanks shall notify the appropriate fire prevention bureau 14 days prior to the commencement of work; however, this requirement shall not apply in emergency repair work where 14-day notification is not possible.
