§ 91.150 PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.
   (A)   Portable fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with and where required by the State Fire Code and shall also be installed where required by this section.
   (B)   Except for private dwellings, portable fire extinguishers shall be installed and maintained in all occupancies.
