Whenever the Fire Chief, or the Fire Chief’s designee, determines by inspection that an apparent or actual violation of the State General Administrative Rules, State Fire Code, State Building Code, State Mechanical Code, State Fuel Gas Code, this chapter, or any other rule of the Commission or that a hazardous condition exists upon any Class 1 structure within the Fire Territory service area, the person making such determination shall issue such notice of violation or order as may be necessary for the enforcement of the State General Administrative Rules, State Fire Code, State Building Code, State Mechanical Code, State Fuel Gas Code, this chapter, or any other rule of the Commission.
