§ 91.055 RIGHT TO ENTER BUILDINGS AND PREMISES.
   Authorized personnel of the Greenfield Fire Territory may, at all reasonable hours, enter any structure (except private dwellings) within the city or within Center Township in this county for the purpose of conducting inspections or investigations pursuant to this chapter. Except for the interior of private dwellings, the right to enter shall extend to new structures under construction as well as to existing structures being renovated or remodeled. An inspector or investigator may be required by the owner or occupant to produce satisfactory proof of authority or identity. If an inspector or investigator is denied access, the Fire Marshal may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order allowing inspection.
