§ 91.025 FIRE INVESTIGATIONS.
   (A)   The Fire Chief, or the Fire Chief’s designee, shall perform fire investigations pursuant to I.C. 36-8-17-7. The Fire Chief, or the Fire Chief’s designee, is authorized to conduct an origin and cause investigation of all fires and explosions within the service district of the Fire Territory.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to impede the Fire Chief, or the Fire Chief’s designee, from conducting an origin and cause investigation.
