§ 91.003 AUTHORITY.

   The Fire Chief, or the Fire Chief’s designee, is hereby authorized and directed to administer and enforce the following:

   (A)   All provisions of this chapter;

   (B)   Variances granted in accordance with I.C. 22-13-2-11; and

   (C)   Orders issued under I.C. 22-12-7.
