§ 90.04 RABIES VACCINE; TAG REQUIRED.

   (A)   All dogs, cats, and ferrets three months of age and older must be vaccinated against rabies in accordance with 345 IAC 1-5-2.

   (B)   Each owner of a dog, cat, or ferret that is kept in the city shall cause the rabies vaccination tag to be affixed to the animal collar, and to be worn by the animal at all times.
