§ 73.30 GENERAL TRAFFIC LAWS APPLY.
   Every person riding a bicycle on a roadway shall be subject to the provisions of the traffic laws of this city applicable to the driver of a motor vehicle, except as to special regulations in this chapter and except as to those provisions of this title which by their nature can have no application.
