§ 72.31 PARKING RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to park, at any time, any vehicle in lot number one, two, three, or four that is larger than a three-fourths ton truck.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in lot number 5 for a consecutive period of time in excess of 20 minutes from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to park any vehicle in lot number 6 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, unless a parking permit issued by the Clerk-Treasurer is displayed in the front window of the vehicle, or is a vehicle owned by the city.
   (D)   The Police Department or any police or parking enforcement officer is authorized to remove and tow away, or have removed and towed away by a commercial towing service, at the owner’s expense, any vehicle parked in lot numbers one through ten in violation of this section.
   (E)   All municipal/city parking lots may be closed to parking at any time by order of the Mayor and the erection of signs designating the time said lots are closed to all parking.
   (F)   Overnight parking by any vehicle shall not be allowed on any municipal/city parking lot with the exception of any city-owned vehicle.
