§ 72.13 PARKING DURING EMERGENCIES, PARADES.
   During any public parade, assembly, or demonstration on the streets, or during an emergency, officers of the Police Department may prohibit parking on any street to expedite traffic or to safeguard pedestrians. Any owner, driver, or operator of any vehicle, when called on by a police officer, at any such time, to remove the same, shall do so immediately, and if such owner, driver, or operator cannot be found, any police officer may himself or herself remove such vehicle.
