(A) From August 28, 2019, the “Nonreverting State Seizure Fund” shall be denominated as the “Nonreverting Law Enforcement Fund 270”.
(B) There is hereby created a nonreverting fund to be denominated as the “Nonreverting Department of Treasury Equitable Sharing Fund”, identified as the “Homeland Security Investigation Fund” denominated as “Fund 271100500.000”, into which all funds received from the Department of Treasury Equitable Sharing Program are to be deposited and which may only be utilized in accordance with the Department of Treasury Guide to Equitable Sharing and all amendments, revisions, or supplements thereto.
