§ 30.46 BVP NONREVERTING FUND.
   There is hereby created a special nonreverting “BVP Nonreverting Fund” into which grant monies received for the purchase of replacement protective vests for the City Police Department shall be deposited, with said fund to be designated as Fund 266.
