(A) There is hereby created a special non-reverting fund to be known as the county “Jail Extension Project Fund No. 605”.
(B) Expenditures may be made from Fund No. 605 for all expenses associated with the county jail extension project, including, but not limited to, the design, construction, land acquisition, or any other expense associated with the extension of water and wastewater facility from their current point of termination to a connection point set forth in the associated contractual documents as well as extension from said connection point to the jail facility.
