§ 30.41 LOCAL ROAD AND BRIDGE MATCHING GRANT FUND.
   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to establish and maintain a nonreverting fund entitled the “265-Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund”. The 265-Local Road and Bridge Matching Grant Fund is funded with the proceeds of funds received from the State Department of Transportation, as well as funds transferred from the LOIT Special Distribution Fund 257 earmarked for local road and bridge improvements.
