§ 30.40 MISCELLANEOUS GRANTS FUND.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to establish and maintain a nonreverting fund entitled the “264-Miscellaneous Grants Fund”. The 264-Miscellaneous Grants Fund shall receive grant funds, not to exceed $7,500 for each grant.
   (B)   The utilization of these monies deposited in the 264-Miscellaneous Grants Fund shall be non-restricted and no supplemental reporting shall be required under the terms of such grants.
