§ 30.33 GREENFIELD WAR MEMORIAL FUND.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to establish and maintain a fund to be entitled the “Greenfield War Memorial Fund”. The purpose of the Greenfield War Memorial Fund is for the design, construction, and maintenance of the war memorial site to be located at 100 South State Street, Greenfield, Indiana, the previous location of the City Hall. The Greenfield War Memorial Fund shall be funded with the proceeds of private donations from whatever source, with such funds to be disbursed at the direction of the Board in accordance with the authorized purposes set forth herein.
   (B)   In creating and maintaining the Greenfield War Memorial Fund, the Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to comply with all state laws, rules, and regulations of the State Board of Accounts and the Code of Ordinances. The Clerk-Treasurer shall identify the Greenfield War Memorial Fund in accordance with the processes and procedures of the Clerk-Treasurer.
