(A) The installation of water meter pits shall be the responsibility of the owner of the subject lot or builder.
(B) Inspections by the water utility will be required prior to installation in order to verify compliance with this subchapter and the design specifications available from the administrative offices of the water utility.
(C) Water meter pits shall be installed for each subject property in a location approved by the Water Utility Manager.
