(A) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to establish and maintain a fund entitled the “Petty Cash Fund” with the amount of $800 to be utilized by the utilities in connection with the collection of utility payments from the financial institutions.
(B) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to establish and maintain a fund entitled the “Parks Petty Cash Fund” with the amount of $550 to be utilized by the Parks Department in connection with its operations.
(C) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to establish and maintain a fund entitled the “Cemetery Petty Cash Fund” with the amount of $500 to be utilized by the cemetery in connection with its operations.
(D) The Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed and authorized to establish and maintain a fund entitled Police Investigative Aid Petty Cash Fund in the amount of and never to exceed the amount of $3,500 to be utilized by the Greenfield Police Department in connection with its various investigations.
