In no case shall service lines be allowed to run from one lot to another lot; instead, each lot shall be served by a separate service line that runs directly from the public water main serving such lot; provided, however, nothing herein shall prevent a single service line from furnishing water to any lot containing multiple structures, or any lot containing a single structure with multiple residences if legally permitted by the city. The service line for said structures will be sized to accommodate the maximum demand of the proposed structure.
