(B) Billing demand charge:
(1) Coincidental: $22.20/kW; and
(2) Non-coincidental: $3.45/kW
(C) Energy charge: $0.036760/kWh.
(D) Facilities charge: the electric utility shall include a charge for those facilities and/or services requested by the customer and agreed to by the electric utility when such facilities and/or services are in excess of its typical facilities and/or services.
