§ 50.072 TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE.
   (A)   Service shall be provided based upon the electric utility’s rules and regulations as on file with the State Utility Regulatory Commission.
   (B)   The customer will be required to give satisfactory assurance by means of a written agreement as to the amount and duration of the business offered.
   (C)   The electric utility may require corrective measures to be taken by the customer or any motor or other apparatus which in the opinion of the electric utility will cause or is causing unacceptable voltage fluctuation to other customers. Unless otherwise determined by the utility, the maximum primary voltage fluctuation will not exceed 3%.
   (D)   The electric utility will furnish and maintain, at its expense, one transformation. All poles, lines, wiring, and other electrical equipment beyond the metering point is considered the distribution system of the customer and shall be furnished and maintained by the customer. The metering equipment shall be furnished and maintained by the electric utility. When primary metering is required, the metering equipment, transformer, and other protective equipment will also be furnished and maintained by the electric utility.
   (E)   The customer shall be responsible for installing under voltage, over voltage, phase reversal, and/or loss of phase relays for the protection of his or her equipment.
   (F)   At the time that both the requested and actual in service date have elapsed, the customer shall be responsible for the subchapter. Customer charge as a minimum bill even if the facility is not yet using electrical energy.
