§ 50.011 REMOVAL FROM JURISDICTION OF STATE UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION.
   The city’s electric utility shall be removed from the jurisdiction of the State Utility Regulatory Commission for approval of rates and charges and of the issuance of stocks, bonds, notes, or other evidence of indebtedness.
