§ 36.127 GARNISHMENTS.
   (A)   A court-ordered legal claim against the wages of an employee by a creditor for nonpayment of a debt by legal authority is a garnishment, and shall be recognized and executed by the city.
   (B)   When a garnishment is received for an employee, the Clerk-Treasurer’s office will notify the employee.
