§ 36.121 DIRECT DEPOSIT.
   (A)   All employees of the city are required to have his or her payroll check direct deposited into a personal account held at a banking institution of his or her choice.
   (B)   Prior to receiving a paycheck, an employee must provide a direct deposit form to the Clerk-Treasurer’s office for processing.
