(A) The city will maintain and utilize appropriate safety data sheets required by federal law on any products, chemicals, or substances used in the community.
(B) In cases where an employee may come in contact with a substance and medical treatment is necessary, a copy of the material safety data sheet will accompany the employee to the medical facility.
