(A) (1) The city will provide a room designated as the employee lactation room. This room will be private and sanitary, to express their milk during work hours.
(2) Employees may also use their private office area.
(B) (1) The city will provide refrigeration for safe storage of expressed breastmilk.
(2) Employees may use their own cooler packs to store expressed breastmilk or may store milk in a designated refrigerator/freezer.
(3) Employees should provide their own containers, clearly labeled with name and date.
(C) Employees shall be provided flexible break periods to accommodate milk expression.
