I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28 is hereby incorporated by reference in the Greenfield Unsafe Building Law. All proceedings within the city for the inspection, repair, and removal of unsafe buildings shall be governed by said law and the provisions of this chapter. In the event the provisions of this chapter conflict with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-1 through 36-7-9-28, then the provisions of state statute shall control.
