An exception to the above and foregoing rates and charges is that any employee of the City of Greenfield, Indiana or the Greenfield Fire Territory who becomes deceased in the course of their appointed duties shall be entitled to receive at no charge the burial rights to one plot designated by the cemetery staff and the opening and closing of said burial plot for the purposes of internment.
